What needed to change
Modern B2B sales teams run outbound across a patchwork of disconnected tools — one product to find prospects, another to send email, a third to automate LinkedIn, and endless manual copy-paste to keep the CRM up to date. Personalising every message by hand doesn't scale, contact data goes stale quickly, and deliverability and compliance are easy to get wrong. Our client, a sales-technology startup, set out to replace that entire stack with a single platform that any non-technical sales rep could run — no scripts, no APIs, no browser extensions — while securely serving many teams and users at once.

The solution
How we solved it
iCentric designed and built the platform end to end — a multi-tenant SaaS application that consolidates the entire outbound motion into one guided workflow. Users connect their accounts once, configure their sender identity and messaging style, choose who to target, and then either run an immediate batch or let the scheduler work a steady daily cadence. Everything a rep sends stays automatically in step with their CRM.
One workflow, not a patchwork
The platform finds the right companies and people, enriches them with verified contact details, and runs personalised email and LinkedIn outreach on the user's behalf. Every message is generated with large language models using the sender's own reference material and tone, so outreach reads as individually written rather than templated — at a volume no manual team could match.
Agentic AI with a human in the loop
At the heart of the experience is Tyler, an embedded agentic AI assistant. Beyond answering product questions, Tyler carries out real work for signed-in users — searching for new prospects, enriching them, adjusting targeting criteria and pushing records to the CRM — as multi-step, tool-using flows. Every write action surfaces a clear ‘Tyler wants to…’ approval card that the user must confirm, so the automation never runs unchecked. Tyler always reads the current configuration before proposing a change, and reports outcomes honestly — telling the user ‘5 of 6 records created’ and explaining the exception rather than claiming everything worked.
Built to scale safely
A resilient, queue-driven backend processes outreach one lead at a time with fully idempotent workers, so nothing is ever sent twice — even when jobs are retried. Connections are held per user, meaning every team member operates through their own CRM, mailbox and LinkedIn identity with data isolated between them. A provider-agnostic integration layer lets new CRM platforms slot in behind a common interface, and secure authentication, role-based organisations and per-seat subscription billing were built in from day one.
